I just changed my provider from fido to public mobile yesterday. I unlocked my sim card and it is able to make phone calls and sending texts but unable to receive incoming calls and texts. Maybe i provided wrong info for portimg when i signed up. @CS_Agent . If you guys can contact me through thid thred, i can give correct info. Thanks

Is you Fido SIM card still working?
If yes, continue to use it until it stop working. Then, your port is completed and use your PM SIM.

Sounds like you already have an idea of what the problem is.
You can confirm whether your Fido line is still active by checking the account or calling the number. Moderator will be able to help.
