Unable to receive calls from other Public Mobile users

Hi there, I'm able to receive calls from other networks, but not from family members with Public. I can call them and we can text each other, but I'm not getting their calls.

Any help would be much appreciated.

3G change didn't work either

The caller gets a message that the number can not be reached as dialled and to try again - regardless if we try 9 or 10 digits.

@withmycoffee

What do they hear when they dial you?

Are you a brand new customer? Did you port a number over?

tried both - 9 digit and 10 digits, neither one works

@withmycoffee

Have your family dial your number manually but put a 1 in front.

Did you try setting preferred network to 3G? So are their calls going to voicemail?

@withmycoffee

Can you  try rebooting, resetting network settings, reinstalling SIM card. Can you try setting your preferred network to 3G. Try sim in another unlocked phone?

Hi @withmycoffee  that would be a tricky one

can you receive text from that person?

try to out your sim card in another phone to test,  this is to make sure you don't have any local settings blocking this number
