Transfer from fido 3days ago, can’t receive call. Data ok, make a call fine. Only can’t receive call.
found out my Fido is still working, not completely porting the number. How can I port the number completely

The most critical part of porting your number is to reply to the text with YES confirming you are porting over to PM with the Fido SIM in your phone. There is a 90 minute window for you to reply or porting is not completed.
You will need to contact a CS_Agent to contact Fido to resend the text to you.
