@dinkle Dial 611 and verify that you have the add-on added. If not, just try to purchase the add-on again and it should work.

Did you top up your account by $5 first or have a balance of at least $5? Then you buy the add on.

Are you certain you actually bought the add-on? Very often it is done incorrectly leaving you with the $5 you added just sitting as available funds. it is a convoluted process where you have to add the required funds and THEN select the add-on. Most select the add-on and then add funds which leaves the $$ sitting as unused available funds. Check and see.
