Unable to open self serve page

I need to recharge my phone bill. But when I open link selfserve.publicmobile.ca , it shows nothing. A blank page appears. Why this happened?

More details are needed.  Do you have credit card on file?  autopay? How do you normally pay?  Can you access your self service account?  What exactly have you tried, etc....

 

@Zara1 You can buy voucher at recharge.com and use *611 to add it.

Can you call 611 from your phone?

 

Try clearing your cache/history/cookies in your browser.

Yeah, same problem here. I'm in Ontario, and I've tried clearing cookies and using a different browser, but still nothing. 

 

All those down detecting sites say that its up and running but I don't think so. Oh well, I guess I just gotta wait until it's up.

If you really lost the 4 digits pin, you need to open a ticket with Bot to reset it.

 

But, since like everyone is saying the system might be down (or acts weird), you might want to wait till it is up and running to see if you really need the PIN...

I was able to logon earlier today.. but it was quiet slow...

Autopay does fail. When you are able to access self service make a payment equivalent to the cost of your plan and see if there is a reactivate button. If you continue to have problems contact a moderator.

For future renewals avoid autopay failure by adding money to Available Funds. The renewal will take the money from there and the cc remains on file for the autopay reward.

@JK8 I don't think that's the problem. It fails to load in 3 different browsers for me. These are browsers that clear cookies and cache each time I use them.

same here unable to get in, trying to check why the autopay did not go thru

is it normal to loose access to data if payment does not go thur?

Self service is working for me. Clear browser cache/history/cookies. Close browser and open a new window in incognito/private mode.

@Helpershelper For some reason that isn't telling the whole story. I get the same blank page as the OP while your link tells me the site is up and it's just me, when it clearly isn't just me. Weird.

@balnav I just checked mine as well and get the same thing. technical difficulties. Try again later. If your need to recharge is urgent you can do it through dialing 611.
