Activated new plan. Unable to login. It keeps going back to the login page, moment I enter credentials

Hey @archak
The website and app are known to have cache issues.
If you're using an Android, go into settings, apps and find the PM app. Clear the cache first, then data then restart your phone and try again.
If you're using an iPhone, delete the app, reboot phone and redownload the app and try again.
If you're on a PC, clear the browser cache and restart browser, then once it's restarted, click on incognito mode or private mode and try again.
If you still need help, ask a CS Agent to investigate. But I feel the above should work.

the phone service itself work? try to uninstall PM app and reinstall and login
