I have the CAN-US-Mex plan. I amnin the US and I am unable to make calls. Is there anything I need to do. Looks like Data is working. Only calls not going through

Is your phone on the whitelist of phones that will work on VoLTE in the USA?

Go into your cellular settings and turn off automatic. You'll get a list of US providers. Click on T-Mobile and then reboot your phone. Once rebooted it should automatically go to T-Mobile, which in my opinion is the better option out there.

what phone do you have? your phone might not be on the VoLTE list what PM has
you can try changing the network mode to 2G and change the network to T-Mobile and hope it works
if not, you will have to use VoIP app TextNow to make calls using the app and using Data
