I need auto pay cancelled immediately

Did you ever create an Eversafe ID on sign up? You can try it yourself from the main page under the sign in line. But it might not work so PM might need to do it for you.

those screens simply means the login was not successful.  Your login does not have a active My Account linked

do you really still have service with PM? your phone still works?

if it works and you need to cancel, you will have to ask PM support agent to help.  You can submit  ticket by direct message:

you might not have properly login to My Account

did you try Public Mobile App? can you login there

or ask PM to do it for you, remove the credit card from the account.  Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:

that seems to be impossible. Every time i click my account it forces me to to the change subscription page  where there is no manage or turn off selection

you can do it by login My Account, go to Payment Page, Manage Subscription and turn off Subscribed

Sign onto Public Mobile app or website. In My Account Click drop down then payments and click Manage Subscription and turn off Subscribed.
