I receive the following message.

Please advise ASAP.  I need to login to manage my plan.

 

'The phone number entered is invalid or you may have created your profile already.' Make sure you're entering the right phone number.'

@hellofp123  - do you have working services? calling/texting/data

 

If not, what does it say when you call 611 from your device, or 1-855-478-2542 when you call from another line to check your account (do you have your 4 digit account PIN).

Is it possible if you recently activated you were assigned a temporary number?

 

If so, try to use that number to login or set up a self-serve account.

IF so, try the Forgot your password option.

Is this where you were getting an invalid number error?

 

If still having issues, ask CSA for assistance.

@hellofp123   did you just activated?  Or you activated yourself or instore?

 

you can try to use Forgot Password link (https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/  ) and try different email address and see if it get to the next step in resetting password, but you still need to answer the security question.

 

If you cannot reset the password that way, no worry, open ticket with PM Support
