Unable to login or reset password

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I am unable to login to my account or reset my account password. When I submitted a ticket and spoke with a customer service rep, they were unable to solve the issue and said they would escalate to their technical support department and I would hear from them in 48 business hours. It has been two weeks and I have not heard anything. I have submitted another ticket and tried logging in from different web browsers, incognito mode, etc. Anyone have any tips or next steps?

If your issue was forwarded to a Technician, this mean that all standard solutions didn’t solve the issue and escalated to a Technician. It may take awhile.

Perhaps support didn't set your email properly in two system locations. Worth asking.
