I was away and had not paid for the past 2 months. Today tried to log into my account but it does not load up. I did get the code via email to log in but my account does not show any details.

since you can login and just not showing details, should be just browser cache probem, please try again using Incognito mode as well as try using Public Mobile app
if you just want to resume service and if you know the 4 digits account pin, you can also call *611 on your phone or 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone and make a manual payment
