Unable to log into account

I’m trying to upgrade my plan on my phone but when I try to log into my account, it keeps saying that either email or password is incorrect. I’ve been locked out several times and attempted to reset password with no luck.

@Jakedog   no worry about the lock out, just close the browser and relaunch

 

But use Incognito mode to login and see

If still does not work , try reset password using the link there  (or direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password),  enter any possible email addresses you could have used and see if it works

 

If you are unable to self reset the password, PM support will be able to help

 

1.  Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

Never rush to change password is you cannot log in very first time or you get log in error. Do this FIRST:

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

 

If you change your password, wait 20-30 min before trying to log in again.
