Hello, I have logged into my account earlier today to get my account number. I called Telus to transfer my phone number to my new phone. I've been trying to log back into my Public Mobile account to close the account and stop automatic payments, but am unable to login.
I'm guessing Public Mobile deactivated my account after the phone number transfer. Can someone confirm that after a phone number transfer this is done automatically by Public Mobile? I wouldn't want to be billed and have late fees or the like.

HI@Sébastien Yes, once the number is successfully transfered, your account would be closed.

After you port out your account is automatically closed with Public Mobile. This is a CRTC rule. You will not be charged further.
