Unable to log in to my account

Hello Support,

I'm unable to log in to my account. I can't go past the reactivation screen. It forces me to select a eSIM, new SIM or existing SIM card (this option fails to validate). I have a working service and fully paid account. Is there any way to reset my account?

Appreciate any assistance.

PM has start using EverSafe Login system.  Look like the system is unable to link your current My Account with your login id.  No worry, it is an easy fix for PM , you just need to open ticket to engage them.  Please messgae them here:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
