I am unable to read the 6 digid code from Public that I need to set up an online account for a new mobile phone in order to validate a payment voucher. It is a flip phone and the screen is too small to display the 6 digid code. I cannot enlarge the text, copy it, or forward it to another phone with a larger screen. I was told by Koodo customer service to as for help from Public's ARS deparment using this community. But, again, I don't know how to do this. Please help.

Could you not ask a family member or friend you trust who can read the code for you. Also even on a flip phone there is an option to increase the font size if you go into your settings, unless, that is, you have already selected the large font and are still unable to read it, then you'll need to wait for a moderator's response which can take anywhere from 2-48 hours.

I'm not sure if you purchased it through a retailer to obtain another voucher. If not then contact a moderator.

To contact Public Mobile click here. The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.
