I currently have an active 75 GB plan and had to switch phones (water damage) to original phone.
I have tried getting a new eSim through the FM app, which shows only this option for purchasing a physical sim (see image below). It will show the option for the eSim when I use the browser website, but tells me to use the app...
Can I please get some help with this?

@TRAAVER , Further to BKNS27’s reply, you can check if your phone is eSIM compatible as below: (quickly, IPhone XS and newer are, but best to check)

When I select Purchase SIM Card. It gave me the 2 options on the app.
What is the make and model of your phone? Is it eSIM compatible? If not, this could be the reason.
If it is compatible, contact a CS_Agent to help you with the eSIM purchase issue.
