Unable to get Trend of Data Usage History

Wanted to look up what my data usage history trend over time.  Unable to obtain it through my account.  Tried looking up 90 days but shows me current days in March 2024. Same happens when I tried the other options on the drop down menu. Is there another way to get this information?  Or is this a maintenance issue?

Didn’t have any issues using the PM app under Breakdown Usage>View Usage History>drop-down for 7, 15, 30, 60 or 90 days. It can separate incoming/outgoing SMS and calling or data.

Yes, the usage history not working for me too.  Someone had the same issue as well. 

if you really need 90 days usage history,  please open ticket with PM support:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Login" and finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at: 
       https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
