Data fields are locked out. I am trying to make an initial registration payment

Trying using the PM app instead. It seems to work better than the browser when updating cc info. I had same issue but it worked fine on the app.

How many times did you try? Public Mobile locks out the credit card payment if mutiple tries are made. Try in a few hours.

@Lianaris2 , make sure to enable location permission on the app, clear app cache and try again.
