Unable to download any video or pictures

Good morning Fam, my wife just back from vacation and her phone is unable to download any video from social media app.  It was also happening during her trip.  She was in Asia and used local esim card during her trip.  Thanks

delete the travel esim, first

then check VPN screen, delete the VPN profiles there, unless you are sure what they are for and need it for work or so

Reboot phone and click Reset all networks

Did she try rebooting device and resetting network connections?

It's possible the device is still 'pointing to' the e-SIM she used during her trip and the SIM manager settings on the device needs to be instead using the PM service.
