Unable to do anything once logged in

So I can log into my account, but once I log in online, I end up on a "let's complete your activation" page, where I can either complete my activation (which I don't want or need) or go to login page where I can only repeat the same experience, ending up back on the "Let's complete your activation" page.  On the PM app, I end up on a "get started with public mobile" page with the only active option "select a subscription". I currently have three phones active on this account and they are all working fine, but I want to port one of the phones to another carrier.  I can't see how to reset the account, or get into a place where I can do anything to the account. Help!

hi @Kennel the message means somehoe you email login was not setup with your current My Account.  You need support to fix the problem, please message them
