I just purchased a new mobile account and I’m trying to set it up. The problem is that it’s in a device on my boat (yachtsense link). The device has no capability to receive sms messages. Is there any other way to get my account confirmed so I can use the mobile app to manage my account?

I tried the resend option. After clicking it 3 times it just bounces me back to the start. Does not send an email code. Will try to open a ticket.

If you select the didn't get code/resend code option, does it allow you to send the code to either by e-mail or through a phone call?

You should have an option to send it to your email. Click on Didn't get code and Email should be there. If not, please create a ticket by clicking on the chat bot and entering Customer Service.
