Hello there,
My package not renewing due to a credit card change. I am unable to update the new credit card. Please help me.

you can go to Shell gas and get payment vouchers, then dial 611 to add them to your account to get you going. Deal with credit card issue later.

@SanaNayab you were able to login and just unable to update the credit card?
Try to wait a full hour first, then try to login using Incognito mode and try update the card
if you cannot login My Account at all, try Reset Password link there or you might need support to help
if you need the account up and running first, get a voucher from SDM/711/Shell/London drug , and then load the voucher using *611

@SanaNayab try opening a tab in incognito mode, and maybe wait an hour before you try again.
