My plan is active, my Sim working fine. I am unable to make call or incoming calls goes to voice mail. Please address. Thank you.

@Joth   is today your plan renewal date?  Three is some system issue for people who has the plan renewed today

Is data working and is text messaging working?  I suggest temporarily forcing your phone into 3g network mode to see if that helps.
