Have a Can-USA plan. When provider shows AT&T I am unable to make phone calls. But works fine when shows TMobile.

Just remember when in the US to have data roaming turned on in phone settings . Also set your network to 4G/LTE not 5G and make sure your connected to T mobile or AT&T some have also confirmed that Verizon works in some places so just be sure to try all 3 and use what works best for you

Hello @CdnSk8r

While I was in the US, I went to my network settings and turned off automatic and chose T-Mobile. Then I made sure data roaming was turned on then I rebooted my phone. From there everything worked perfectly. There were some times I used AT&T but very rarely.  Which phone do you have?

So it WORKS FINE when you use TMobile? So what is the problem? It works, correct?

@CdnSk8r if data and text are working fine under both AT&T and T-Mobile and only issue is calling then this is because your phone either does not support VoLTE OR it does BUT is not on Public Mobile's whitelist of approved devices. In the US 3G no longer works so this is why AT&T would not work for calling, T-Mobile on the other hand still has a few 2G towers which is why it may still work with them.
