Unable to add data to current plan

I have $10 on my balance and I would like to add Data to my current plan and not waiting for the billing cicle, can someone provide some help to do this, the portal doesn't let me. Thanks

You would need to head over to the moderator team profile and send them a private message.

Hi. I am experiencing a problem with my plan. I changed my plan last Aug. 8,2017 but today my plan was cancelled.. pls help.
