Unable to add Credit Card "Unable to process this transaction"

I lost my debit card and had it replaced with new expiry and security code so I tried to re-add after my autopay failed when I forgot, and I am unable to add a new credit card and reactivate my plan. 

It just says unable to process transaction

If you have tried a different browser (Chrome seems to do the trick for a lot of folks) and/or incognito mode to no avail, contacting the moderators is indeed the way to go. However, it's more efficient and reliable to directly send a private message to the moderator team.

 

Use this link to send a private message to the @Moderator_Team, include all relevant information in your message, such as account number, phone number, detailed problem description.

You can send the message at any time, but, if I got my time zones right, they are gone for the day now. They will be back tomorrow morning at 9am EST. There seems to be a higher than usual work load and they reply on a first serve basis, however they will get back to you as soon as they can.

@ikawa Try refreshing the page or using another browser. 

Also, make sure your new debit card is activated. 

I also recently switched my autopay to a new debit card and got the same message, and it turned out I didn't activate the card yet.
