I have been getting this issue for a few days now.
Trying to get my friend on board before the deal is over.
after going throught the sign up pages, and clicking activate, it would go to a page saying an error has occured, please log in again.
Trying the login doesnt work as the account has not been activated.
Trying to activate again fails as it says there is an active session for this sim number, please wait 40-50 mins and try again.
I tried myself for 2 days before i broke it enough to make it work. (once I got to the error screen, i pushed back this time instead of closing, and for some reason, there was only an activate button and no credit card info i can enter. Clicking activate completed the activation, and an email was sent to my inbox.
Now my friend is trying to activate and is getting the same error. clicking back takes him back to the credit card screen, not an activate button. Is there a proper way to activate a sim online before the deal ends. He cannot log into the community as his account isnt activated yet, so he cannot join to get support.

Tell your friend to delete his web browser cache, and to try again using Chrome incognito mode. If that fails, message moderator_team via the envelope icon at top right of forum page.
