Yeah, yeah, I know I'm in the community forum, and complaining about accessing it. With this new EverSafe, and linked this-n-that, I had to create a new forum account name as I couldn't use my original login name as it was being used already. By Me. So... have I lost all my forum history and bravos?

OK.

I was in the middle of trying to reply to the original post Unable to access community forum  saying that it was being solved by a CSA when it died as I got my original @MrSnide forum name back. Since MrSnide1 is gone, I cannot reply, nor 'bravo' or do anything on that post which has become ANONYMOUS. Fun times.

Anyway... consider the issue solved. So long MrSnide1. Thanks for all the fish.

I made it as far as being able to reply to your post. I've no idea how. I apparently subscribed to PM because I've been getting billed, but was never able to get through the log-in process, thought my subscription application had not been completed and switched to a different provider. Wanted to end subscription but couldn't log on and couldn't get into the community to ask how. How'd I get here? No idea. None of this to do with you, but I feel your pain.

if you want to use your old one back, open ticket with PM CS agent, they can help

please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
