Hi I just switched my account from 4G to 5G on my day when I pay my bill. But my phone shows the same 3G it never switched from 3G to 4G and now it did not switched to 5G.

All Public Mobile plans give access to the same networks. Not connecting to a 5G network means that there is no 5G network available in that location or that your device isn't compatiblie with 5G.

because of the network mode settings. Check the network mode, try using Automatic , or you can manually set to 4G or 5G, but better to stay with automatic if it works
btw, what phone is yours?
