Hi there,
Every time I try to access the My Rewards section, I get a message saying:

Sometimes if you click a few times it will eventually go through. It was hit and miss early on but seems to be a lot more reliable now as I haven't seen that page/message in quite awhile

Go back into your My Rewards account. On the left hand side where it says "Rewards" under a star, click on that if you're seeing that error message. Click on it until the rewards/points details get displayed. Doing that refreshes the page.

You can also log in thru your account. Either the arrow thingy at the top right corner of your overview page or below "plan details" on the left side under "my rewards" by clicking on "access rewards" or before you log in on the self serve account log in page at the top right corner there's another arrow thingy.

@ylefebvre try on a different browser (Edge/Chrome/Firefox). Sometimes it is just cache issue. It happened on my Chrome before too. I used Edge and it works. I cleared cache on my Chrome and then working agian.

@ylefebvre , I just tried my account and there are no problems with the rewards section. Make sure you are using this login link.

Maybe this link would be different:
https://www.publicmobile.ca/myrewards
Try a different browser or device or use incognito.

Try clearing system cache and cookies and access it from an incognito tab.
You could also try from a different browser from a completely different device.
Ensure you're using the same login credentials as your self-serve login.
