I am paying $50 per month, and havent been able to text or even use data for over a month.

Who do I contact about this?

How about calling in and out?

 

If that's also not working, perhaps last account renewal didn't go through?  Check if your account status under self-serve displays as "active".

 

You could also ask moderators to confirm if registered SIM on account matches the SIM in your device.

 

See this article for info IF all services aren't working... not just text and data.

@dhschatz  you pay $50 for 8GB data and you can stand without any data for a full month?  You can't even text?     what have you try so far?  So, only incoming and outgoing voice call working?

 

Yes, you can open a ticket with mod using the bubble.   However, maybe you can provide us more information  (phone model and what you have tried)  and maybe  we can help

 @dhschatz : Has your data ever worked here? If not then that would likely be an APN issue. But also, what exact make/model/submodel phone are you using?

For texting, is that inbound or out or both?
