Here I'm trying to arrange auto payment with my credit card and I'm receiving a message "Unable to Process Transaction".
Any help?
I need to start using my phone today.
I'm going into my second month.

had same issue 3 days ago it solved itself .
happens once a year dont know if its a bug within the system.
tried with same card ,different card.
different browser , firefox might work better than safari or opera.
i had account suspended.now its active .
PM can help but slow prosess due to availability.
frustrating when one needs phone.
It always happen at the wrong time

I just saw this recent thread. Not sure whether this applies to your situation. Maybe try the recommendations from other customer.

If you have credit card on file, dial 611 to pay up. If your plan has expired you can only renew the current plan without moderator assistance.

Is your account suspended? expired?
Did you have a credit card already loaded into autopay? or are you trying for the first time?

The Public Mobile website can be finicky. Sometimes using a different internet browser works, clearing cache, using incognito mode. Leaving the apartment number section blank also is necessary. Making sure the address matches your credit card address exactly.
