Koodo's SIM card has not arrived yet and my PM phone is not working.I cannot call nor receive msg/calls from anywhere. Any help?

Hi, Here I'm trying to arrange auto payment with my credit card and I'm receiving a message "Unable to Process Transaction". Any help?I need to start using my phone today.I'm going into my second month.
