Unable to Process Transaction
Sorry, your credit card transaction was denied by your card issuer, so this purchase could not be completed. Your credit card has not been charged. Please contact your card issuer for more information.
I used this credit card today and it worked fine, not sure why it won't work on this site. This is the only credit card I have available to use. I also tried to submit a ticket but was unable to.

@blaird89 Yes, the problem with the transaction is likely on PM side instead of your credit card. In fact, yours might be the 3rd reported case today...
First , is your service working? If working and you are in no rush to pay now, maybe wait 24 hours.
If you need to pay now so it won't be suspended tomorrow, and if you just tried once and not too many time, you can try again.:
Login to My Account->Payment Tab and click One time payment, try to pay by "Other (enter the desired amount)" and then enter your plan amount and see if it works
If payment goes through, logoff My Account and Reboot your phone.
If payment does not go through and same error, open a ticket with PM support and ask them to investigate:
1. For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.

**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply and work with you via messaging there
