Hello,
My old credit card recently expired and every time I try to update my payment method with the new card, the website says 'unable to process request at this time. Please try again later.' I have tried at various times and it gives me the same error. I entered all the information correctly and the card has funds available. How can I update my card successfully on my account? (at this point my account has been suspended because I can't update the card)

@ariabechtold If your in a hurry you can but payment vouchers and make it *611 to resume service . And get support to help update credit card

Try the PM app then click on the + symbol then over to the Payment section and see if that works.

Sorry for this! This has been an issue for some time now, i have seen several people say they are not able to update cc info.
Strange!! I would send a message to cs agents at the link below to advise and see what they say is the issue.
