Unable to Port Koodo Phone Number

JudoFreak

I was wondering if I could get a status update about a phone port that was going on, I can provide the account information, but keep getting "We are experiencing difficulties in processing this request. Please contact Public Mobile for additional assistance." I would prefer to use my old phone number over the (hopefully) temporary one I have currently. Thanks in advance!

Hello @JudoFreak

Thank you for your patience!

I was able to complete your port request from Koodo prepaid.

Can you please restart your device and test your Public Mobile SIM card?

Thank you,

Shazia

Thanks for the quick help. I have sent a PM to one of the mods, I assume I'll get a response on Monday or so? Thanks again!

@zhadj030 FYI: we are trying to recommend just private messaging when it is clear the moderators must intervene. The post you reference has the information needed to send private messages.

A tag plus private message doubles effort of the moderators to allocate resources.

Unfortunatly you will have to contact the moderators for that, since they are the only that can access that information.

Here is how.

Make sure to send a private mail to one of them  and include your name, SIM card number and phone number as well and I am sure our awesome mods can help you out about this issue.
