It appears the phone or SIM is damaged - we are receiving a "not registered on network" message. Because of this issue, we are unable to receive 2FA messages to log into the self-service account. can you please help?

send by e-mail option is not available. The following two options are available: 1) send via text 2) send via voicemail

Click on the resend code button and tell it to send by e-mail.
