Hi,
My plan expires in 5 days from now. I’m supposed to have unlimited US and Canada calls, although, for some reason every call I’ve made today goes straight to voicemail saying “8UV1…”. I can’t call anyone in US or Canada.
How can this be fixed as it is very urgent?

My wife’s phone has this issue today as well. My phone has no issues. I’ve tried all sort of troubleshooting recommendations. Had to submit a ticket.

@MarkDelaney - there is something messed up with calling with other customers too.
Restart your phone and perform a reset of the network settings. If still issues submit a ticket to CSA.
