Unable to Access Voicemail

Hi,

First time I dialed 1 or called my own number for the voicemail, it was completely silent so I hung up.

Anytime I try again, it asks me for a mailbox number (which I don't have?) and to press star during the greeting (that I didn't record?)

Please let me know, I can't have the auto greeting as my voicemail for work.

Did you just recently port?

As @Anonymous says above, try the "Reset Voicemail Password" option from logging into your SELF SERVE "My Account".

@linasrodriguez dial ##004# to reset all your call forwarding numbers to default and then try holding "1" again

Your mailbox number would be your 10 digit phone number.

Try dialing 17785804001.

You might need to reset the voicemail password in your self-serve. It resets to your 10 digit phone number.

You might need to set the call forwarding options in your phone.

But it all should have been set upon activation.
