Hi I just port in and I got welcome email with eSIM QR code but when I scan it and shows this eSIM is no longer valid. The app shows could not install eSIM. My phone support eSIM and my previous courier was eSIM. I sent ticket to cs_agent but it already 6 hours ago nothing received. I need go out with data, who can help me 😞

I switched to Public Mobile last night and have been facing eSIM activation failure ever since. I am unable to add the eSIM by scanning the QR code provided in the email, and my cellular settings are currently empty.
I submitted a support ticket 18 hours ago but have not received a resolution. I stay home all day and I urgently need my phone service tomorrow. Since there is no live center, how can I do right now? Please help!!!

that usually means the eSIM already installed by the app. Can you check your Settings -> Cellular screen?

I checked and there is no new eSIM, I could not understand why the QR code can’t be rescanned and add it again.

Others have been waiting for 36+ hours already.

It could be that the eSIM was already installed in your phone.
While you are waiting for cs, check Cellaulur Settings or your SIM Manager it could be installed already called business or travel.
If it's there you would need to set it as primary and disable any other non PM.
