USRoaming not activating - in Vegas and annoyed - anyone else?

Purchase US Roaming today (Dec 2nd) site said purchase was complete, but funds not taken from account and IS Roaming not activated. Refreshed and reboot many times

The $30 US Roaming “bundle” (text +3Gb data) seems to have issues. I was able to purchase the $15 US Roaming (text only) and that went through as expected and activated

@Cozy   When did you purchase the US Roaming?  Just wondering if there was a problem due to the system being offline for maintenance until mid-morning.  Is anything working at all?

@Cozy  Check your account and confirm you have the correct US roaming add on for 15 days and not just then regular long distance mins or data add on . And rebbot the phone and make sure your connect to TMobile or AT&T also ensure you have data roaming turned in in phone settings . If you did buy wrong add on submit ticket with support to and see if they can reverse it for you and get the proper one
