I've read the threads below and tried the all suggestions from them on my phone (s7). Nothing works for me. I can make "emergency calls only". I need someone to look into my account to see what is wrong. I need @Moderator_team's help. I've sent a message to @Moderator_team and is waiting for a reponse.
@will13am, I tried to delete this thread myself after realizing that I needed a public mobile employee's help. However, I was not able to find the "delete thread" button and my internet accessing time was up. So, I quickly replaced all my posts with the letter d. Sorry, I was not aware that long after replacing my questions with a "d", you still could see my original text, and were able to reponse. Thank you for the suggestions, I've tried all possible ways on my s7 and it's still not working...I need a public mobile's/mod's help.
@MoreYummy, please review post timestamps on this thread.

My favorite letter is a number. I digress.
I will take a wild guess at some answers to the unspecified question. Check the account to make sure that the add on is actually purchased. It is a two step process. If funds are showing in the account equivalent to the cost of the add on, then chances are very good that step 2 was not completed. Go into the account and buy the add on with available funds in the account. If this step 2 fails, it is due to a bug that may not have been resolved yet. Calling 611 to buy the add on is the workaround for the moment. Assuming the add on was actually purchased, check that the phone is connecte to the roaming carrier. Try manually connecting if needed. For data, make sure roaming data is enable.
