US roaming calls not working.

I have a Samsung galaxy note 10+ and have a US/MEX data roaming plan. I am in the US now and cannot get any calls in or out.

Everything else works incl txt, data.

What am I going wrong?

It depends how long you're in the US for, the only option I can suggest is to go to Bestbuy and pick up an unlocked phone like, for example, the Moto G 5G phone. It's around $110 USD. All you have to do is swap the SIM card and you'll have all your services. Hope this helps.

the problem is note 10+ is not a VoLTE approved phone with Public Mobile and hence it cannot use VoLTE in US.  There is nothing much you can do other than change phone.  

But your data should work well in US. So, a workaround is to use VoIP app like TextNow to make and receive calls using the app
