US roaming bundle data doesn’t work

I bought the US roaming minutes, texts, data bundle on Dec 7. I’m in Miami. The data doesn’t work. Could the agent help? Thank you so much!

Since USA shut down 3G service this year, voice talk in some place won't work. But data add on should be fine.

@yanxi   I am pretty sure you were using the roaming when you were in Buffalo.  US network signal is much much stronger than Canadian

Florida connection is a mix from the review.  Someone confirmed it wasn't working well in Sarasota area. But other reported central and west coast Florida was good with data, voice was unreliable

Try again in different area and hope it works.  

Worst case, when you are back, open ticket with PM and they will likely compensate it based on your experience.  And for now, maybe head to a Walmart to get local data sim

Data was on. Roaming was not. I just opened it, but it still doesn’t work. I made phone calls in Buffalo. It worked. Not sure if it works, or because it’s close to Canada. I just tried now, and the phone call and text didn’t work either.

Try choosing T-Mobile as your network of choice from inside your phone settings.

See if that makes a difference for you.
