US roaming add-on

I mistakenly added on US roaming - I have to be in the US to use it, correct? May I have it refunded please?

You've been provided with access information to the Customer Support Agents.  They are very accommodating to errors in managing one's account.  I'm confident they will credit the difference (if recently purchased and not used) to your balance so it can be used for future renewals or add-on purchases.

yes when you in U.S. then purchase it because that Add-one is start right away when purchase it for 10 day packages.

@kait930  - contact CSA and explain your mistake. They should be able to add the $'s back to your Available Funds area.

edit: yes correct, Roaming addons only work whilst you are in the USA.
