I purchased US Roaming Add-ons last eve. Data, texts n talk.
Talk has not worked. It's on my acct as paid

What phone do you have? It has to be a VoLTE compatible phone on PM's network, as the US does not have a 3G network anymore.

@Pat4456 Set phone to 4G/LTE not 5G and connect to T mobile or AT&T . If still no luck with voice try phone set to 2G and connect to T mobile for voice

unless Volte is enabled by PM you're stuck with having to call using the 2G network of T-Mobile in US.
