yes it will work. Many do that
But make sure you know that new US iPhone has only eSIM (but no worries, PM has esim support too)

Of course. This iPhone should NOT be locked. As long as it's unlocked, you should have no problem. I would suggest however that once you get it, you do a factory reset to make sure it's not locked to a provider. I've heard of some providers locking their phones again until the phone is paid off. Then after the factory reset and the phone is still unlocked, you're golden. This is just a way to protect yourself.
