Hello community.

I'm currently on the $34 a month plan (attached below): wondering if the third bullet means I can make calls while in the US or if it's only calls Canada -> the US.

Yes, this is a US roaming plan.  So you can make calls in the United states to either Canadian or other USA numbers.

you can make calls from US to US and from US to Canada as well
