sim is not working in sometimes

Hi There 

How can I do sim is not working in sometimes including calls and text message

you can easily switch sim using My Account, just got to the Profile page and update sim card number 

but before doing so, did you try you sim in another phone to test??

or if you do that another phone, take the sim out and reinsert after a minute.  And also, try Reset all networks on your phone 

you can also as PM. to refresh your account

The actual SIM card is unlikely to be the issue.   Does this happen in all locations?
