US data

How can I get my data to work in the US. I have done all the things they tell me to but it still doesn’t work? Thanks

It would be nice to have a PDF manual for travellers to take with them, would it not be?

Especially if the US add on you purchased does not work and you just have to make a little tweak.

@tomorrow  did you buy the roaming plan yet?  Remember buying Add-ons is a 2 steps process, load fund and actual buying.  Many missed Step 2 and the fund sitting as Available Fund

If you have bough the add-ons, you should see it as part of the My Add-On items on My Account.

Make sure you enable Allow Roaming Data and try to connect to either T-Mobile or AT&T
